John D'Angelo - Founder and CEO
Mr. D’Angelo has more than 20 years of executive experience in business development, sales, operations, finance and accounting within the software and financial services industry. As the founding CEO, he is focused on developing customer and partner relationships, and setting the tone for the firm’s market, organizational and financial direction.

In 1996, he founded Entelagent Software and as its CEO led the development of email compliance systems for Brokerage and Investment Banks. In 2005, the business was sold. Earlier in his career, he held executive financial positions on Wall Street and in Banking with U.S. Central Securities, Security Pacific Bank and Discount Corporation of New York.

John has a Bachelors degree in Accounting, is a NYS licensed CPA and a Board member of TechBiz Connection.


Robert Entrican – Founder and CTO
As CTO of RevX Systems, Mr. Entrican is responsible for establishing the technical direction, vision, and product roadmap's for all RevX technology.

Mr. Entrican brings more than 20 years of progressive technology and leadership experience within the software industry. Mr. Entrican is a practicing applications architect, frequent public speaker, and litigation consultant on high-tech patent infringement cases.

Prior to launching RevX Systems, Mr. Entrican was the Co-founder, CTO, and lead visionary behind the products formerly known throughout the industry as Erogo which were the seedling products of RevX Systems.

Mr. Entrican has a unique blend of Fortune 500 and start up experience including Fidelity National Financial as Senior Vice President of Application Development; Northrop Grumman as Principle Consultant Emeritus (Presidents Excellence Award) and U.S. Central Securities as CTO and EVP of Product Development.

Other affiliations include Lockheed Martin, Orion Pictures, Kingston Technology, and IBM Corporation.


Charlene A. Davidson – Financial Advisor
Ms. Davidson is the Senior Managing Director at RSM EquiCo Capital Markets. Ms. Davidson has more than 20 years of global corporate and investment banking experience, advising entrepreneurs, principals and corporations on an array of business transactions, including strategic planning, capital raising, and M&A. She has executed comprehensive capital structure strategies for public and private companies as well as provided advisory roles for capital raising, liquidity access, investment management, cross border banking and global corporate finance activities. Prior to RSM, Ms. Davidson was most recently a Senior Managing Director at BankAmerica Securities LLC in the Technology Group.
