RevX Signs Software Licensing Agreement
with Instant Media Network
Billing and Revenue Management System for streaming music

NEWPORT BEACH, CA (January 25, 2007) -- RevX SYSTEMS announced today that the company has signed a software licensing agreement to provide an e-Service Billing and Revenue Management System to Instant Media Networks.

Instant Media Networks provides streaming music to a network of 890,000 hotel rooms and beyond. RevX has licensed its platform to support a direct-to-consumer offering. Specifically RevX will provide the BSS and OSS infrastructure to manage on-line service activation, usage rating, billing, customer self care and account management.
