According to Jack Bicer, TBC president, many companies may understand how to create a software product or service, but building a profitable and sustainable business is the real challenge. 'Our panel of experts will explain how best to approach the problem and succeed in building a successful software business,' Bicer noted.

Panel members include:

Chip F. Parker, founder and managing director of InLab Ventures, an early stage venture fund built for entrepreneurs, investors and leaders that provide assessments of the likelihood for success. He has more than 20 years of venture experience as a serial entrepreneur, angel investor, venture capitalist, publisher and community leader.

Russell Mix, CEO, CFO and co-founder of Qtask, which he spun off from its parent company, Prolific Publishing and now, directs its operations, business affairs, and partnerships. Under his leadership, the company secured private investment and has established key joint ventures in numerous vertical markets.

The panel will be moderated by Bob Newkirk, of C Level Management.
