- Mediation - The RevX Mediation engine provides sophisticated service monitoring capabilities to track, aggregate, report, and monetize subscriber events within your service lines. The RevX Mediation engine was designed to federate disparate sources of subscriber activities including application log files, network elements, database records, and so. Aggregated data can then be used to drive capacity planning reports, subscriber usability patterns, and the RevX Rating engine which will monetize the captured events.
- Rating - The RevX Rating engine combines the power of english like business rules and user definable Units of Measure (minutes, megabytes, downloads, calls, ...) to create a powerful and flexible rating engine which provides the ability to monetize subscriber activities in new ways.
- Provisioning - The RevX provisioning engine provides the ability to activate and de-activate services in real-time based on billing, operational, or subscriber events. Business conditions like non-payment or policy violations can trigger a provisioning event to disable an account in effect stopping revenue leakage.
- Reporting - Providing greater visibility into operational data is critical to making informative decisions about pricing, subscriber trends, and business velocity. The RevX Reporting engine provides a robust report generation and authoring environment which allows non-technical users to author reports in an ad hoc fashion. Reports can also be targeted at specific types of devices in the case of reports for cell phone recipients or email based destinations.
